Tuna Aglio Olio



As a student, what are we aiming for while busy? Fast and easy food. Hmmmm Fast food like MCD, KFC??? Nah those are bad for health. I'll teach you how to prepare your own healthy, fast and simple food!!!!

我们常常因为时间不够,被迫去购买mcd, kfc之类,不健康食品。现在,让我们自己来准备有快有好的食物吧·!

Ingredient
Tuna
Olive oil  橄榄油
Chopped Garlic 碎蒜头
Chilli flakes 辣椒粉
Dried Parsley
Salt 盐
Spaghetti noodle  面条

according to your own taste bud, add in all the ingredients above

Suggestion = 1 Serve
1 spoon Tuna
1 spoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic (I personally doesn't like too much garlic)
pinch of chilli flakes (skip this if you doesn't take hot!!!)
pinch of parsley and salt

1. Boil a bowl of water and add in your spaghetti noodle.
2. Boil around 10 minutes till cooked ( according to your own choice of spaghetti too)
3. Drain and mix with all the ingredient above.
4. Viola, your TUNA AGLIO OLIO is now ready to serve~

1。烧一锅水,加入面条,煮到软化
2。沥干加入调味料
3。TADAAAA好了~
