Tuna Aglio Olio
As a student, what are we aiming for while busy? Fast and easy food. Hmmmm Fast food like MCD, KFC??? Nah those are bad for health. I'll teach you how to prepare your own healthy, fast and simple food!!!!
我们常常因为时间不够,被迫去购买mcd, kfc之类,不健康食品。现在,让我们自己来准备有快有好的食物吧·!
Ingredient
Tuna
Olive oil 橄榄油
Chopped Garlic 碎蒜头
Chilli flakes 辣椒粉
Dried Parsley
Salt 盐
Spaghetti noodle 面条
according to your own taste bud, add in all the ingredients above
Suggestion = 1 Serve
1 spoon Tuna
1 spoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic (I personally doesn't like too much garlic)
pinch of chilli flakes (skip this if you doesn't take hot!!!)
pinch of parsley and salt
1. Boil a bowl of water and add in your spaghetti noodle.
2. Boil around 10 minutes till cooked ( according to your own choice of spaghetti too)
3. Drain and mix with all the ingredient above.
4. Viola, your TUNA AGLIO OLIO is now ready to serve~
1。烧一锅水,加入面条,煮到软化
2。沥干加入调味料

Banana Pops
How to clear off your nutella choc! hahaha!!!!
Was inspired while cracking my mind to prepare a bake sale for uni fund raising,
banana choc muffin, banana cakes, this n that. Wht don't i just ate them and lets see what else can i do haha
Prepare a pair of chopstick, banana, and choc spread
-Spread choc evenly on the banana
Smash the cornflakes
-Coat the banana choc with cornflakes or rice puff~
Taste so so GOOD~

Little Penguin Bento
Wanna capture the cute cute motion of penguin in ur lunchbox???
All u need is show above for the rice preparation, sushi rice, vinegar, bit of salt and sugar
Here's an easy way to do without any bento accesories!!!

Now wrap them into small triangle ball by using cling wrap, I've added some tuna too my rice ball, make sure not too oily or else it wont be firm and tight, compress them until they look tough!
Now, decorate them with dried seaweed, cut out a long strip to wrap along the side, and small pieces for hand n forehead. Use carrot for other places n stick them by mayo~ bit of tomato to blush the cheek!!!
Place them in a container with different food and you're ready to go now~ Enjoy your own Bento set~

Ondeh Ondeh
还记得小时候窝在饭桌前看着外婆阿姨们忙着为佳节做糕点,
那热热闹闹的情景一一浮现我眼前,
身为游子的我,想吃只好东东手了,嘻嘻~
This Chinese dessert reminds me of home, the moment we share our happiness, our thought.
The moment you bite into it, as sweet as the feeling of home~
It's an easy dessert to make.
食谱:
220gm 番薯 (我喜欢软软的,所以增加了番薯)
100gm 糯米粉
10gm 玉米粉
适量椰糖(在perth暂时还没找到马六甲的椰糖)
椰丝(适量给与外层)
Ingredients:
220 gm red sweet potato
100 gm glutinous rice flour
10gm cornflour
Small amount or palm sugar for each ball
desiccated coconut to coat the 'ondeh-ondeh'
做法
1。将番薯蒸熟至软。待它稍微温时用叉子压碎加入粉类。
2。根据面团的适度掌控,如果觉得太干就加点点水。
3。将面团分配后,在压扁。
4。把椰糖分别包进。
5。烧锅热水,待滚后将它一粒粒放进,小心轻放。
6。尽量别让它们粘起来,轻轻地用勺搅搅。
7。浮起来就表示熟了,关火后待2-5分钟在拿起。
8,先用抹油的盘子放, 再用另一个碗放椰丝将它们裹起。
Method:
1.Cut the potato into cube and Steam the sweet potato by using medium heat,bout 15 mins it will be cook, or it may need longer time accordingly. Till it's cool, smash with a fork or potato smasher.
2. Add in the glutinous rice flour and corn flour to the smashed potato. Then knead into a dough. According to your own dough to control the moisture of it, if it's too dry, slowly add in some water.
3. Equally divide the dough into small round shape n press it to form a slightly circle shape. Wrap some amount of palm sugar with each dough portion. Knead into a small ball and keep it aside till you complete all of them.
4. Boil a large bowl of water. Place the ball carefully into the hot water. (P/S: If your pot is too small for all of them, cook in two batches to avoid sticking all together.) To avoid sticking, slowly stir the ball. Once the ball is cooked, it will float to the surface, Switch off the heat and simmer for another 2-5 minutes.
5. Remove the balls onto a lightly greased plate. Don't stack them together as they are still soft.
6. Now coat all of them with the desiccated coconut on a small bowl.
TADAAAA YOU ARE DONE WITH IT! TIME TO ENJOY!!!

面粉350g
奶粉50g
Butter 250g
Milk 10ml
Castor sugar 120g
Egg yolk 一颗
1。把面粉和奶粉搅拌均匀过筛
2。牛油(室温)和糖搅拌均匀,加入蛋黄打发平均后将粉类加入
3。将面团加入牛奶揉均匀
4。放入冰箱20分钟好让面团容易定型
5。 oven预热150c后将饼干烤10-15分钟(depends on ur oven)
糖霜
Icing sugar 120g
Egg white 一颗
将蛋白打到浓稠加入糖粉。 也可以加入一点lemon juice. 不要打发过度
用齐花袋设计饼干。
希望你看的懂, 因为我参考几个食谱做了自己的改变

All purpose flour 350g
Milk powder 50g
Butter 250g
Milk 10ml
Castor sugar 120g
Egg yolk 1
Preparation
1. Mix the flour with the milk powder and shift till balance
2. Mix the room temperature butter with the sugar, add in egg yolk
3. Add in the 1 step flour into the butter
4. Leave in the freezer for 20 mins, allow it to get more thick n stable for shape cutting (cover with cling wrap)
5. Preheat oven at 150'c and bake the cookies for 10-15mins (depends on ur oven) or until golden brown
Royal icing sugar
I've cut down the amount of sugar to suit my own taste bud *teehee*
However, you might control the amount of the icing sugar to the consistency u want.
Icing sugar 120g
Egg white 1 /Meringue powder
Beat the Egg white till Icing thick and add in the sugar. (you may add some tartar powder or lemon juice)
Remove ur cookies from the oven n Decorate ur cookies with the royal icing sugar~
Tadaaa!!!! you may now enjoy your cookie~
*Feel free to do with any cookies cutter*

Ribena Gummy~
还记得那甜甜软软的味道吗? 现在你可以在家自己做了哦~做给你爱的人~简简单单分享那快乐
Nothing can be compare to the sweetness in your mouth, the moment of the taste. It is fun to do this simple project with your love one~
用料
浓缩利宾纳 100g
水 100g
鱼胶粉 50g
做法
1. 将全部材料放入锅
2. 搅拌均匀直到鱼胶粉溶化
3. 倒入你所喜欢的软模
4. 放入冰箱3个小时
TADA time to EAT!!!!
Recipe
Ribena syrup 100g
Water 100g
Edible gelatine 50g
Method
1. Mix all the ingredient together in a pot
2. By turning on small fire and slowly stir until the geletine was melt
3. Pour to the mould (chocolate mould or jelly mould would be fine)
4. Refrigerate them for 3 hours
5. Time to remove them and enjoy them!!!
